Ron was born and raised in Michigan and relocated to Arizona in 1988. He began his insurance career in 1990 as Benefits Director for the Arizona Small Business Association, then spent four years as a direct agent with Farm Bureau. In 1994, Ron entered the brokerage market with James and Company, later working with Milne Scali & Company, Lapre Scali, and NFP before joining CIS in 2000. His role included production, management of Northern Arizona offices, and partnership responsibilities. Ron brings 35 years of insurance experience and 10 years in real estate. Outside work, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and classic cars.
